Polaroid technique, 2024-2025

Enchanted Waters is a series of photographs inspired by walks along rivers. I reflect on the distinctive character of riverside landscapes and the role of water in shaping them. I observe how the river actively forms its surroundings, creating a landscape inseparably bound to its current. By merging the river’s surface with the scenery around it in a single frame, I conjure dreamlike images – landscapes that blur the boundary between reflection and reality, and capture the essence of places shaped by the river.
